  • Take the First Steps Toward Becoming a Crusader

    Application for the Bishop Eustace Prep Class of 2029 is now live — meaning young men and women can now take their first steps toward becoming a Crusader.

How to Apply to Bishop Eustace Prep

Thank you for your interest in Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. We believe it is just as important for you to determine if Eustace is right for you as it is for us to carefully select the next generation of students.

  • 1. Visit Our Campus

    Attend Open House or get a more personal tour of our 32-acre campus while sitting in on real classes during a Crusader for a Day visit.
  • 2. Submit Your Application

    If you complete the Eustace application by November 15, you will reserve your seat for the Scholarship Exam (scheduled on Saturday, November 16, 2024) and your application will be prioritized for early processing before Christmas.  All other applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • 3. Optional: Submit a Tuition Assistance Application

    If you would like to apply for tuition assistance, complete and submit this optional FACTS application.
    DUE DATE: December 31
  • 4. Take the Scholarship/Entrance Exam

    While the scholarship exam is used to determine scholarship eligibility, all freshman applicants to Bishop Eustace Prep must take an entrance exam.  Applicants interested in sitting for the scholarship exam must submit the Eustace application.  

    Scholarship/Entrance Exam:  Saturday, November 16, 2024 (submit your Eustace application by Nov 15 to register for the test)
    Make-up Entrance Exams: The Admissions Office will provide make-up entrance exam dates for applications that come in after the November testing date.

    8th graders are invited to take a Practice Exam on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

  • 5. Submit Two Teacher Recommendations

    All applicants are asked to submit one written recommendation from a math teacher, and another from an English/Language Arts teacher.  You can request teacher recommendations through your application portal, which is created after you submit your Eustace application, or download a copy of the form below and provide a copy to your teacher.

  • 6. Submit Your Records

    Copies of your 6th grade records, 7th grade records, your most recent 8th grade report card, and current standardized test results can be uploaded to your application portal.  Don't have copies to upload?  Not a problem!  Download our records release form below and return a signed copy to your current school to give them the authorization to provide us with copies of your records.
    DUE DATE:  All records are due by December 1st
